Electronic bail is a way to increase the bail permit rate by preventing escape. Electronic bail can be used as a driving force to grant a large number of bail permits, thus contributing to relieving overcrowding, guaranteeing defendants' right to defend, and guaranteeing health rights. However, the purpose of the study is to find countermeasures to prevent the activation of electronic jewelry due to various problems caused by the implementation of electronic jewelry. The contents of the study can cause various problems in administrative, technical, human rights, restoration, and legal aspects following the implementation of electronic jewelry.
