Guard against diverse dangers(corrective accidents) by prisoners in(out) prison as prison security system in modernism correction have put emphasis on prison officers against it and prison physical guard against it. But in postmodernism correction the importance of it shifted from human, physical guard against it to mixed guard against it and mixed guard against it shifted from fixed pattern to mobil pattern related to the hi-tech technology.
Drone safe custody as mobil mixed guard against it appeared recently in prison security system to copy with corrective accidents through dron. Especially, the popularization of drone technology has threatened prison security system.
According to this trend, this study showed the necessity of the introduction of drone guard(safe custody) and its diverse problems. In conclusion, we asserted humanistic, welfare, residual, culture, gender drone guard.

모더니즘시대의 교정에서는 수용자에 대한 계호가 인적 계호와 물적 계호에 중점을 두었지만 포스트모더니즘시대의 계호행정은 물적 계호와 인적 계호에서 둘을 혼합한 혼합적 계호로 중심이 이동하였고, 혼합적 계호는 고정식의 형태에서 모빌(Mobile)적 형태의 계호로 이동하고 있다. 그러한 모빌(Mobile)적 혼합형 계호의 하나로서 드론계 호는 교도소 보안행정에서 드론을 이용한 교정사고에 대처하기 위해 최근에 나온 계호 이다. 특히 드론기술의 대중화는 최근에 와서 교도소 보안을 심각하게 위협하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 시대적 추세에 따라 본 논문에서는 드론교도관의 도입의 필요성과 도입에 따른 다양한 문제점들을 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 드론교도관의 도입에서는 인본적･ 복지적･잔여적･문화적･젠더적 접근의 필요성을 고려할 것을 주장하였다.
